Title:  Andy graduates
Description:  Andy is our beloved 16 year old Shih Tzu/ Lhasa Apso, who was adopted from the SPCA 14 years ago. He graduated on June 4th into a world of all new adventures. He was beloved by many and will be greatly missed. He had a brother, Ozzie, and a new sister Allie, both adopted from the kent county SPCA. We hope that many have the opportunity to share their life and love with a furry companion half as wonderful as Andy! Please vote to recognize Andy as our First State Pet!

Andy If Andy wins, we will use the gift certificate to purchase food, supplies, and toys to donate to First State Animal Shelter in his honor, as a proud Kent County SPCA alum

Andy Great ambassador for Dover and for DE, he has marched in several Dover Days and Fourth of July parades, he loved meeting new people and loved playing with children
